NorthStar Energy Solutions, LLC in Grand Prairie, TX is seeking an organized Project Manager - Transmission to lead high‑voltage transmission and distribution construction projects from planning through closeout.

You will coordinate schedules, budgets, resources and stakeholders, ensuring on‑time, safe and compliant project delivery while maintaining strong client relationships and rigorous cost control.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead multiple high‑voltage transmission projects.
• PMI/PMP or CMRP certification preferred.
• Excellent communication with clients, stakeholders and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Lead project lifecycle—from kickoff to commissioning and closeout.
• Develop detailed project schedules, budgets and resources.
• Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors and vendors.
• Lead weekly progress meetings with clients and stakeholders.
• Manage cost tracking, change orders and risk plans.
• Handle AP invoices and AR invoicing processes.
• Maintain change order logs with operations.
