Job summary

NV5 is seeking a Project Manager II T&D to lead oversight of transmission projects, including design and construction, within the Overhead Transmission Group. This remote role covers Texas, Louisiana, Arkansas, or Florida and involves coordinating with a matrixed team, managing scope, schedule, and budget, and advancing bids and client engagements.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of PM experience in T&D, substation, or utilities.
• Experience in public utility design and construction.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Primavera P6, SmartSheet or related software.

Responsibilities

• Manage scope, schedule, and budget of individual projects.
• Coordinate with matrixed teams to deliver tasks on time.
• Provide direction to project stakeholders on next steps.
• Monitor KPIs, critical path, issues, and change management.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and project metrics.
• Lead project acquisition and bid preparation with Marketing.
