Job summary

PACK Power LLC is seeking a Foreman to direct and manage crews, ensuring elite project execution while adhering to PACK Safety and policies. The role includes daily per diem, a company vehicle, and fuel card, with regular travel home from sites.

The ideal candidate has 6–12 months in construction supervision, strong communication, and a safety-first mindset; willingness to travel is essential. Base salary is complemented by per diem and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Six to twelve months of construction or related supervisory experience.
• Willingness to travel to project sites and work in field conditions.

Responsibilities

• Promote and comply with PACK Safety and Quality policies.
• Lead and Direct crew(s) on assigned projects.
• Coordinate with Construction Manager on hours, reporting, and resources.
• Manage equipment usage and maintenance for profitability.
• Plan work-flow and ensure timely resource allocation.
• Build client relationships with integrity and clear communication.
