Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Six to twelve months of related construction experience.
• Prior supervisory experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage crew(s) to ensure elite execution of projects.
• Promote PACK Safety and Quality policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with Construction Manager on hours submission and daily activity reporting.
• Oversee construction tasks within PACK Scope of Work and manage equipment use.
