High Voltage Division | Field | Nationwide
Foreman position responsible for directing, planning, and managing crew(s) to facilitate elite execution of projects, while delivering within compliance of PACK Safety and procedural policies.
Location & Travel
In addition to your base salary, you’ll receive a daily per diem to assist with living expenses while on assignment. This role includes regular rotational travel home from the job site. A company vehicle and fuel card will also be provided.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Promote and comply with all PACK Safety and Quality Policies and procedures
- Promote and foster team development through recruiting, training, and engagement
- Frequently seek feedback to improve safety, quality, production, and work environment from crew members and follow through with action items
- Oversee all construction tasks within PACK Scope of Work
- Maintain interface with Construction Manager for accurate hours submission and daily activity reporting
- Manage equipment utilization and maintenance efficiently and profitably
- Plan work-flow days/weeks in advance and identify resource needs, constructability concerns, and constraints
- Collaborate with Construction Manager in monitoring performance indicators/metrics
- Assist in development of comprehensive solutions to challenging tasks/projects
- Act as a role model for PACK’s vision and values
- Assist in building client relationships based on integrity, communication, and trust
- Collaborate with Construction Manager on managing materials to maximize profit
- Collaborate with Construction Manager on resource management to assign resources efficiently and profitably for the project
Education And Work Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred
- Six to twelve months of related experience in construction or an equivalent combination of training and experience
- Prior experience within a construction supervisory role is preferred but not required
Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities
- Take reasonable care of your own and others’ health and safety and of those who may be affected by the day-to-day delivery of this role by taking personal responsibility for working toward safety principles
- Willingness to travel to project sites and work in field conditions as required
- Knowledge and experience with medium and/or high voltage substations, collection systems, and/or transmission lines preferred
- Must possess strong communication skills
