Job summary

Burns & McDonnell is seeking a Staff Substation Engineer to design high-voltage substations (13kV–765kV) under a licensed PE, from concept through construction. You will support project teams, prepare design packages, and perform calculations and studies.

Responsibilities include field inspections, QA/QC adherence, proposals, and client presentations. Strong communication, leadership, and teamwork are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Electrical or related ABET-accredited program with 3 years substation experience.
