Job summary

Dashiell Corporation seeks Field Service Technicians to support high-voltage substation testing, maintenance, and commissioning in the Atlanta, GA area. Levels I–Senior reflect experience and expertise, with progression based on demonstrated knowledge and responsibilities.

The role reports to the Field Supervisor and requires adherence to safety standards, strong documentation, and effective teamwork across multiple technician levels.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering Technology or related field is required.
• Minimum 1–5 years in electrical testing/field service depending on level.
• Strong knowledge of HV equipment, testing procedures, and protective relays.

Responsibilities

• Perform HV electrical testing and commissioning with guidance for Level I; escalate to Level II–III as needed.
• Prepare test reports and commissioning documentation with accuracy.
• Lead field crews and mentor junior technicians.
• Maintain safety procedures and wear PPE per NFPA 70E and OSHA standards.
