Job summary
Hitachi Energy Ltd. seeks a GIS Field Service Manager to lead the field service team and oversee operations supporting high-voltage power systems.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 8–10 years in electrical power/utility sectors with 3+ years in people management.
- Experience with HV installation, commissioning, testing, and SF6 handling.
- Proficient in MS Office 365, SharePoint, SAP; hands-on HV equipment knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Manage the GIS field service team with full ownership.
- Set organizational goals and cost-effective operating plans.
- Oversee high-voltage field service operations, quality, and compliance.
- Develop customer relationships and support contract pursuits.
- Collaborate with Sales and commercial operations on opportunities.
