Job summary

Meal Ticket is expanding its sales organization and hiring a high-velocity SDR to support a 50/50 inbound/outbound motion. You will qualify leads quickly (5–8 minutes), create SAOs, and drive pipeline daily, not waiting for it. Strong process discipline and high activity are essential.

Role requires 0–3+ years SDR experience, a strong phone presence, and a passion for restaurant technology. You will collaborate with AEs and Marketing to optimize lead flow and ensure timely follow-ups.

Qualifications

• 0–3+ years in SDR roles; junior or mid-level considered.
• Strong phone presence and direct communication.
• Ability to follow a defined process while meeting high-volume metrics.
• Willingness to learn new tools quickly.
• Passion for restaurant technology is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Run fast, accurate qualification calls (5–8 minutes) for inbound leads.
• Build outbound pipeline with daily high-volume, high-quality outreach.
• Maintain best-in-class follow-up with timely scheduling and clean handoffs.
• Collaborate with AEs to ensure smooth handoffs and predictable pipeline flow.
• Provide feedback on lead quality, messaging, and objections.
