Meal Ticket is expanding its sales team and seeking a high-velocity SDR to qualify inbound leads and generate net-new SAOs through outbound activity. You must move with urgency, maintain rigorous follow-up, and adhere to the MarketMan process with precision.

Ideal candidates have 0–3+ years in SDR roles, a strong phone presence, and a passion for restaurant technology. You will collaborate with AEs and Marketing to ensure a predictable pipeline and rapid handoffs.

Qualifications

• 0–3+ years SDR experience; junior or mid-level considered.
• High-urgency and high-activity approach with strong phone skills.
• Ability to follow a defined process while hitting high-volume metrics.
• Coachability, consistency, and self-starter attitude.
• Comfort running fast qualification calls.
• Ability to learn tools quickly.
• Restaurant technology interest is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Qualify inbound leads quickly (5–8 minutes) and hand off to AE.
• Execute outbound outreach to build pipeline.
• Maintain CRM hygiene and document next steps.
• Collaborate with AEs and Marketing on lead flow and feedback.
