Perplexity is seeking a dynamic, highly organized Recruiting Coordinator to help us scale our team without sacrificing experience. This high-velocity role sits at the heart of our hiring engine, keeping dozens of moving parts in sync and ensuring every candidate feels valued.

You'll own the end-to-end candidate experience, coordinate interviews across complex calendars and time zones, partner with recruiters and hiring managers, and drive projects to improve scaling as the team grows.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator or similar role.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and calendars.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Comfort operating in a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end candidate experience, making every interaction feel seamless and high-touch.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews across calendars, time zones, and competing priorities.
• Serve as a trusted partner to recruiters, interviewers, and hiring managers.
• Operate independently in ambiguity: spot gaps and create structure where none exists yet.
• Identify, initiate, and drive projects that improve and scale recruiting processes as the team grows.
• Manage logistics, administrative tasks, and ad-hoc recruiting support with accuracy and urgency.
• Continuously look for ways to raise the bar on both the external candidate experience and the internal stakeholder experience.
