As a Mid-Market Sales Account Executive, you will drive a high-velocity, full-cycle sales motion across inbound, outbound, and channel sources, guiding prospects through a streamlined process with cycles under 30 days.

The role emphasizes on-site collaboration, strong qualification and discovery, and demonstrable value through tailored product demonstrations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-cycle sales experience, including discovery, demonstrations, negotiation, and closing.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple lead channels including inbound, XDR transfers, chat leads, and channel opportunities.
• Conduct discovery conversations to identify customer needs and decision criteria.
• Deliver tailored product demonstrations focused on outcomes and value.
• Apply structured qualification to maintain pipeline quality and accelerate deals.
• Maintain a high-velocity pipeline with timely follow-up in Salesforce.
• Generate pipeline through proactive outbound prospecting and account engagement.
• Collaborate with XDRs, channel partners, and cross-functional teams to maximize conversions.
• Forecast accurately and maintain data integrity in Salesforce.
• Meet monthly performance targets tied to pipeline and revenue.
