Job summary

Dixie Electric, Plumbing, Air and Doors is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Specialist to join our Opelika, AL team. You will build relationships with Clients and Teammates, conduct daily outbound callouts, and identify high-potential opportunities to maximize close rates.

This role works with technicians, Comfort Advisors, trade managers, and dispatchers to ensure seamless follow-up across HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Doors.

Qualifications

• Experience in inside sales, call center sales, or customer service roles in home services is preferred.
• Strong verbal communication with ability to persuade and close over the phone.
• Excellent written communication for emails and texts; proficient in ServiceTitan or similar CRM.

Responsibilities

• Build long-lasting relationships with Clients and Teammates.
• Conduct daily outbound callouts to prioritized non-closed leads.
• Review and identify the most promising opportunities to maximize closing percentages.
• Collaborate with technicians, Comfort Advisors, trade managers, and dispatchers for seamless follow-up.
• Maintain accurate records of follow-ups and progress in ServiceTitan.
• Deliver a fresh daily pipeline of high-probability opportunities.
