Job summary

You will collaborate with technicians, Comfort Advisors, trade managers, and dispatchers to coordinate follow-ups across HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Doors, while recording activity in ServiceTitan and pursuing 5-star reviews.

Qualifications

• Experience in inside sales, call center sales or customer service roles.
• Strong verbal communication for phone conversations.
• Excellent written communication for emails and texts.
• Proficiency with ServiceTitan or similar CRM.

Responsibilities

• Make daily outbound calls to prioritized non-closed leads.
• Review and identify the most promising opportunities to maximize closing.
• Recover cancelled calls by contacting customers and rescheduling or rekindling opportunities.
• Rekindle lost or declined leads to generate new appointments for service and sales.
• Collaborate with technicians, Comfort Advisors, trade managers, and dispatchers for seamless follow-up.
• Manage callouts and follow-ups across service areas and trades.
• Maintain accurate records of follow-ups and customer communications in ServiceTitan.
• Communicate effectively with customers by phone, email, and text to close sales.
• Provide timely updates to management on lead status and conversion metrics.
• Handle objections and present clear solutions to achieve resolutions.
