Job summary

Human Interest is seeking an onboarding specialist to support the setup and launch of new clients' 401(k) plans. You will work on the front lines with diverse clients, keeping the activation process on track while ensuring customers stay engaged and satisfied.

You will hit monthly targets, manage client timelines, and escalate blockers to maintain high velocity and exceptional service in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer implementation or sales experience in a SaaS environment or retirement industry.
• Knowledge and experience with retirement plan design, particularly in 401(k) plans.
• Strong work ethic with proactive follow-up and ability to manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple tasks with varying deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers to identify their needs and help them establish their 401(k) plans.
• Educate and inform customers about choices to help employees save for retirement.
• Meet monthly activation targets by managing client pipelines and timelines, ensuring adherence to process and talk tracks.
• Follow onboarding workflows to increase velocity, remove bottlenecks, and drive operational excellence.
• Collaborate with sales, account management, and leadership to resolve escalations and improve the activation experience.
• Drive processes forward and manage internal and external stakeholders to keep customers engaged.
