Job summary

Ubiquity Retirement and Savings (dba Decimal Inc) is seeking a Client Onboarding Analyst New Plans to manage end-to-end onboarding of newly sold 401(k) plans onto Ubiquity’s platform. You will coordinate plan setup, prepare documents, and oversee payroll integration while guiding sponsors and advisors through the process.

The role requires strong attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to manage a high-volume pipeline from contract to go-live.

Qualifications

• Experience in 401(k) or retirement plan onboarding, implementation, or design.
• Familiarity with ERISA, IRS, and DOL requirements for plan documents.
• Experience with payroll integrations and onboarding workflows a plus.
• Background in fintech/SaaS or cloud-based platforms is preferred.
• Experience with client-facing onboarding and plan setup consultations.

Responsibilities

• Manage a pipeline of new 401(k) plan cases from contract through go-live.
• Draft plan documents reflecting plan elections and compliance requirements.
• Coordinate payroll setup, data, and integration with sponsors.
• Serve as the primary contact for sponsors, advisors, and TPAs.
• Escalate complex questions to the New Plan Team Lead.
