Betterment is seeking a Senior 401(k) Onboarding Associate to guide clients through a smooth onboarding experience on the Betterment at Work platform.

You will coordinate with sales, compliance, and payroll teams to design 401(k) plans, migrate clients from prior recordkeepers, and drive the process to first payroll launch. This remote-eligible role is based in the U.S., with salary bands reflecting city- and state-specific requirements.

Qualifikationen

• Experience with 401(k) plan lifecycle and administration.
• Proven ability to manage projects end to end.
• Strong written and verbal communication with clients.
• Experience with CRM and project management tools.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Aufgaben

• Project manage and drive client migrations to Betterment at Work.
• Own tracking plans during plan setup or conversion.
• Review and ensure conversion data accuracy and efficiency.
• Communicate with clients to answer onboarding questions.
• Coordinate with retirement and payroll providers as needed.
• Participate in client meetings and hand-offs.
• Use Salesforce, Zendesk, and Clinic to drive deliverables.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Operations, and Payroll.
