Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Senior 401(k) Onboarding Associate to guide clients through a smooth onboarding on our Work platform. You will coordinate with sales, compliance, and payroll to ensure a successful first payroll launch and accurate 401(k) setup.

This remote-eligible, exempt role is based in areas with NY metro requirements; actual compensation varies by location. Base salaries range from $70,000 to $95,000, with potential incentive bonuses and a robust benefits

Qualifications

• Experience in onboarding or client implementation for financial services.
• Knowledge of 401(k) lifecycle and retirement plan administration.
• Proficiency with multiple CRM/project-management systems.

Responsibilities

• Project manage and drive client onboarding from sales handoff to first payroll launch.
• Own detailed tracking plans during new plan setup or conversion.
• Review conversion data for accuracy and efficiency.
• Communicate clearly with clients to answer questions during onboarding.
• Coordinate with retirement and payroll providers as needed.
• Assist in scheduling and attending client meetings and calls.
• Use Salesforce, Zendesk, and Clinic to drive client deliverables.
• Work with Compliance, Operations, and Payroll to get clients live.
