Job summary

Curvion Blue is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to own recruiting across its sales organization in Fort Worth, TX. You will build proactive pipelines for closers, setters, and sales leaders, sourcing candidates via LinkedIn and other channels, while moving them through a rigorous screening and interview process.

The role emphasizes understanding high-ticket sales, collaborating with leaders, and delivering a top-notch candidate experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Talent Acquisition or recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting salespeople, preferably revenue-generating roles.
• Able to source candidates, screen, and move them through a fast-paced process.
• Comfort with metrics, KPIs, and time-to-fill.
• Proactive problem-solving and relationship building with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and outbound strategies.
• Screen and assess candidates, using defined scorecards and success profiles.
• Build and maintain a warm talent network for high-performing sales roles.
• Manage candidate experience and communications throughout the process.
• Maintain accurate data in the ATS and coordinate interviews and offers.
