Job summary

Curvion Blue is seeking a hands-on Talent Acquisition Specialist to build and manage sales talent pipelines, evaluate candidates, and move them efficiently through a high-volume hiring process.

You will partner with leadership to define success profiles, source actively via LinkedIn and other channels, and identify high-performing sales professionals able to thrive in high-ticket environments.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in Talent Acquisition, recruiting, or full-cycle recruiting.
• Experience sourcing sales candidates and building pipelines.
• Ability to assess talent and move candidates quickly.
• Comfort with outbound sourcing and candidate outreach.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and outbound strategies.
• Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and manage offers.
• Develop and maintain a bench of sales talent across revenue roles.
• Partner with managers to improve the recruiting process.
• Track metrics like pipeline volume, time-to-fill, and quality of hire.
