Job summary

Curvion Blue is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist who can build and manage talent pipelines for our sales organization, focusing on identifying A-Players for high-ticket environments and moving candidates through a fast-paced process.

You will source, screen, interview, and coordinate offers, partnering with leadership to define top profiles, while scaling recruiting operations and maintaining strong candidate relationships across multiple open roles.

Qualifications

• Experience in Talent Acquisition or recruiting, with understanding of sourcing, interviewing, and moving candidates through a high-volume process.
• Ability to build and manage talent pipelines for sales roles, including closers, setters, and sales leaders.
• Familiarity with recruitment metrics and a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Own recruiting across Curvion Blue's sales organization and build a bench of exceptional talent.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and outbound strategies.
• Conduct recruiter screens to evaluate experience, motivation, and fit against scorecards.
• Coordinate interviews, assessments, offers, and onboarding with hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS and track recruiting metrics.
• Develop relationships with high-performing sales professionals and maintain a warm network.
