Curvion Blue is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to own recruiting across our sales organization, building proactive talent pipelines for closers, setters, and sales leaders. You will source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and outbound strategies, then screen and move strong performers through a fast-paced process.

You should have 1+ years in talent acquisition or recruiting, with experience in recruiting salespeople and a knack for identifying top talent.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in Talent Acquisition or recruiting.
• Experience recruiting salespeople, preferably revenue-generating roles.
• Ability to source, interview, and move candidates through a high-volume process.
• Comfort identifying top performers and evaluating cultural fit.

Responsibilities

• Own recruiting across Curvion Blue's sales organization and build a bench of exceptional talent.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and outbound strategies.
• Screen candidates, assess fit using scorecards, and coordinate interviews.
• Manage candidate experience and pipeline analytics to improve efficiency.
