Job summary

Curvion Blue is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to own recruiting for our sales organization and build a bench of exceptional talent across closers, setters, sales leaders, and revenue-generating roles. You will source, screen, interview, and move candidates quickly, partnering with leadership to define what great looks like for each role and maintain a warm talent network.

This hands-on role requires strong sourcing, communication, and process management skills, with a Monday–Friday

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Talent Acquisition or recruiting experience.
• Experience sourcing, screening, and assessing candidates.
• Comfortable working in a sales talent environment.
• Able to move candidates quickly through the hiring process.

Responsibilities

• Own recruiting across Curvion Blue's sales organization.
• Build and manage talent pipelines for sales roles.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and outbound strategies.
• Conduct recruiter screens and interviews, using scorecards to evaluate fit.
• Coordinate interviews, role plays, and other evaluation stages.
• Partner with hiring managers to improve efficiency and candidate experience.
• Track metrics like pipeline volume, time-to-fill, and quality of hire.
