Job summary

Curvion Blue is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to build and manage sales talent pipelines, focusing on high-ticket environments. This hands-on role goes beyond posting jobs, emphasizing sourcing, interviewing, and rapid candidate progression.

You'll partner with leadership to define what ‘great’ looks like for each sales role, sourcing from LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networks. Prior experience in sales recruitment is a strong plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in Talent Acquisition or recruiting with ability to source and assess candidates.
• Experience recruiting salespeople, preferably revenue-generating roles.
• Skilled in screening, interviewing, and moving candidates through a high-volume process.

Responsibilities

• Build proactive talent pipelines for closers, setters, sales leaders.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals and outbound strategies.
• Evaluate candidates using scorecards and defined profiles.
• Manage candidate communications and keep candidates engaged.
• Coordinate interviews, assessments, and role plays.
• Partner with hiring managers to improve recruiting process.
• Support offer creation and onboarding.
