Responsibilities

• Lead design and innovation for high-speed IO connectors (112Gb+).
• Define rigorous testing for electrical, mechanical, environmental performance.
• Manage development projects from concept to manufacturing readiness.
• Engage customers as the primary technical interface and drive design reviews.
