Job summary

Southern Champion Tray LLC in Chattanooga, TN is seeking a Packer Technician to support the operator in safely setting up, maintaining, and running high-speed packaging lines to produce quality trays.

You will feed product into the gluer, load the auto-packer, and help with setup, troubleshooting, and quality sampling while maintaining clean, safe work areas following 5S and Food Safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills and ability to read documents.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate and troubleshoot the auto-packer and related equipment.
• Feed product into the gluer, pack finished product into cases, and assist with setup.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow 5S and safety policies.
