Job summary

Soliant is seeking a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist to support high school students in the Pasadena, TX area. The role runs through May 2027 and requires travel between multiple school sites as part of a collaborative evaluation team.

The SLP will deliver on-site therapy, conduct evaluations, develop IEPs, and ensure progress monitoring within a supportive educational environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• CCC certification is required; supervision is not available on this assignment.
• Experience in a school-based setting is preferred, especially with high school students.
• Current Texas SLP license or eligible to obtain licensure.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-person speech and language therapy to high school students.
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop IEPs; monitor progress.
• Collaborate with educators, families, and administrators to support outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation and participate in IEP meetings as required.
• Adapt therapy techniques to meet diverse student needs.
