Job summary

Soliant is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) for an onsite school-based role in California. You will collaborate daily with licensed SLPs to support students’ speech and language goals, with structured supervision and opportunities for professional growth.

The role emphasizes direct and indirect services, travel between sites if needed, and comprehensive benefits. Compensation is provided with weekly pay and credentialing support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Speech Communications, or related field, or an AAS from an SLPA program.
• Active SLPA license/certification.
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel between multiple school sites if required.
• Capacity to work exclusively onsite.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect speech and language services aligned with students’ IEP goals.
• Work under supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Communicate with school staff, students, and parents to support progress.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
