Job summary

Soliant Health is seeking Speech-Language Pathologists to support students in a dynamic school-based setting near Huffman, TX. Positions available for part-time or full-time schedules, offering flexibility to fit your lifestyle while making a difference in pediatric speech and language services.

You will collaborate with a diverse team, conduct evaluations, develop IEPs, and provide direct therapy in-person or virtually, with strong emphasis on accurate documentation and family engagement.

Qualifications

• Active Texas SLP-CCC license required.
• Experience with pediatric and school-based caseloads preferred.
• Ability to tailor evaluation and treatment to individual student needs.
• Skilled in collaborating with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent communication, time management, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech, language, voice, and fluency evaluations for students.
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
• Deliver direct therapy services—in-person or virtually as needed.
• Maintain accurate and timely progress notes, Medicaid documentation, and required records.
• Participate in IEP meetings, consult with educators and families, and deliver training or resources.
• Provide mentorship to support staff as appropriate.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices.
