Job summary

Soliant is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist for a full-time, on-site role in the Houston area to support middle or high school students during the 2026-2027 school year.

You will manage ARD meetings, provide therapy, and participate in assessments and service planning, while maintaining caseload documentation for 50–60 students and collaborating with teachers, families, and other specialists in a supportive educational environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
• Current, active TX FL licensure
• Open to candidates in their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• Prior school experience preferred but not required
• Ability to facilitate ARD meetings, deliver therapy, and manage caseload documentation
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Must complete fingerprinting; prior prints in the district may expedite process

Responsibilities

• Provide direct speech and language therapy to middle or high school students
• Attend and actively participate in ARD meetings
• Assist with assessment, eligibility determination, and planning for services
• Maintain case management and progress monitoring for a caseload of 50–60 students
• Communicate and collaborate effectively with teachers, families, and fellow specialists
