Soliant Health is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to support students on the east side of the Houston metro area in onsite school settings.

The role involves direct and indirect speech-language therapy under an SLP, implementing IEP goals, collecting progress data, and collaborating with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams while traveling between campus locations.

Qualifications

• Active Texas SLPA license required at submission.
• Minimum 1 year of school-based SLPA or SLP experience.
• Must have reliable transportation to commute between campuses.
• Fingerprinting per district policy within 3 days of signing.
• Laptop purchase required; cost to be reimbursed.
• Available to start quickly and commit through the school year.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct and indirect speech-language therapy under the supervision of an SLP.
• Implement IEP goals, collect student data, and document progress.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student communication needs.
• Travel between assigned campuses as scheduled, ensuring consistent and timely service delivery.
