Job summary

Georgia Piedmont Technical College is seeking a High School Initiatives Coordinator at Newton Campus to support articulation and dual enrollment programs, linking secondary and postsecondary pathways for students in Newton and Rockdale counties.

You will collaborate with high schools, manage registrations, admissions processes, and data entry in the student information system while promoting a seamless transition to postsecondary credentials and degrees.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution is required.
• Two years of work experience in secondary or postsecondary environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serves as primary contact with high school administrators, counselors and staff to promote seamless guidance between secondary and postsecondary institutions.
• Coordinates dual enrollment, articulation agreements, and signatures with the DOE in a timely manner.
• Guides students through admissions, testing arrangements, transcript transfers, and financial aid completion.
