Job summary

Atlanta Technical College seeks a diligent Enrollment Assistant for the Academic & Student Affairs division. You will assist with admissions, enrollment, and dual enrollment funding, coordinating across Banner and GA Futures to ensure accurate student records and timely processing.

Ideal candidates are organized, detail‑oriented, and customer-focused, able to communicate effectively with students, families, faculty, and staff in a fast-paced environment at the main campus south of Downtown

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and six months of related work experience.
• Strong organizational and detail-orientation with commitment to student service.
• Effective communication and ability to work with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Assist students with admissions and enrollment processes, including applications, required documents, registration, and deadlines.
• Support High School/Secondary Initiatives by processing student applications, documentation, and enrollment requests during peak periods.
• Provide admin support for dual enrollment funding, reconciling data across Banner, GA Futures, and other systems.
• Maintain knowledge of college admissions policies, procedures, and FERPA guidelines; update student records in Banner.
