Job summary

Northeast State Community College is seeking a Coordinator of High School Programs to help implement dual enrollment and other high school initiatives. You will support students and schools, manage registrations, and assist with marketing and documentation.

Reporting to the Director of High School Programs, the role involves preparing students for courses, coordinating testing, and collaboration with principals, counselors, and parents. A strong background in higher education is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Demonstrated experience in higher education advisement, event planning, or student success coaching.

Responsibilities

• Assist with scheduling dual enrollment classes, including planning, marketing, registration, and evaluation visits with participating high schools.
• Procure required student documents for application purposes.
• Coordinate marketing initiatives and meetings with high schools.
• Assist in registering dual enrollment students and processing invoices.
• Coordinate Accuplacer assessment testing.
