Job summary

You will help design, plan, and deliver classroom activities with the teacher and supervise students in multiple settings to ensure a safe environment.

Qualifications

• Under supervision, demonstrate ability to support behavior plans and monitor progress.
• Experience working with students in a school setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist teachers with daily supervision of students to maintain a safe, positive learning environment.
• Collect and share behavioral data with teachers and participate in goal setting.
• Implement behavior plans to address positive student behavior and support students in small groups.
• Supervise students during recess, cafeteria, and library.
• Attend meetings and trainings to support school initiatives and student needs.
