Snoqualmie Valley School District is hiring a paraeducator to support a student with behavioral and academic needs in both general and special education settings. You will implement individualized behavior supports and supervise the student throughout the day, promoting engagement and positive interactions.

Ideal candidates have experience with neurodivergent students, strong communication, flexibility, and a collaborative approach with staff and administrators.

Competenze

• Must be at least 18 years old and hold a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must meet one of the WA paraeducator qualifications listed.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills essential.
• Experience with students who are neurodivergent is preferred.

Mansioni

• Provide direct support to a student with behavioral and academic needs.
• Assist student throughout the school day in general and special education settings.
• Implement individualized behavioral supports and promote positive social interactions.
