You'll navigate a complex high-risk space, route deals to the right banks, gather the right documentation, and set honest expectations with merchants to move deals from lead to signed agreement.

Qualifications

• Track record of hitting quota in a phone-based sales environment.
• Strong closing and objection-handling skills.
• Experience with CRM systems (Zoho/Salesforce/HubSpot).

Responsibilities

• Drive new business by owning a quota for new accounts and revenue.
• Respond quickly to leads via phone, email, and text.
• Run discovery, handle objections, and close deals.
• Route deals to banks or processors that fit the client.
• Package deals for underwriting with complete documentation.
• Set clear expectations on timelines, requirements, and reserves.
• Maintain accurate CRM records with activity and pipeline stages.
