Advocate Health Care seeks a Nurse Aide for the Obstetrics/Gynecology high-risk unit. Three 12-hour day shifts per week (0700-1930) with weekend/holiday requirements. Full-time, benefits eligible, 36 hours per week, located at Advocate Lutheran General Hospital.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily patient care, documenting vitals and I&O, and supporting RN in admissions, transfers, and discharges. Must have BLS and Nurse Aide certification in good standing.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and effective communication are required.
• Strong organizational skills and prioritization abilities expected.

Responsabilités

• Assist RN with daily patient care including bathing, feeding, and mobility.
• Record vital signs, I&O, weights, and other data in EMR as directed.
• Support admission, transfer and discharge processes under RN supervision.
• Maintain patient safety and respond promptly to call lights.
• Prepare and transport supplies and assist with patient positioning.
