Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a Nurse Aide to support obstetrics/gynecology care at Advocate Condell Medical Center. Responsibilities include scrubbing for obstetric procedures, assisting deliveries, and aiding patient daily living activities.

Position requires CNA training and BLS. Orientation starts on day shift full-time (40 hrs/week). The role includes a rotating night shift (7pm–7:30am), with every 3rd weekend and holiday and 12 hours of on-call every 3 weeks.

Qualifications

• Nurse Aide certification in good standing or equivalent training.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers must be obtained within 6 months if not already.
• Basic computer/EMR skills and ability to use hospital systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist obstetrical procedures and provide sterile technique support.
• Scrub for obstetrical cases and assist in deliveries.
• Support patient comfort, safety, and daily living activities.
