Job summary

Greystar seeks a property leasing specialist to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies across a high-rise community. You will greet prospects, schedule tours, process applications, conduct credit checks, and assemble lease packages, ensuring a smooth move-in.

Responsibilities include inspecting units, implementing marketing plans, and maintaining show unit quality with maintenance teams. You will use OneSite/Yardi and engage in renewals and resident satisfaction efforts.

Qualifications

• Must have licenses/certifications as required by state and local jurisdictions.
• Valid driver’s license to operate golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Leads leasing activities to meet occupancy and revenue goals including greeting prospects, tours, processing applications, credit screening, and lease signing.
• Inspects units before move-in and coordinates with maintenance for any issues.
• Monitors market conditions and implements marketing plans to sustain occupancy and revenue.
• Designs marketing activities to drive traffic using online platforms and referrals.
• Utilizes on-site management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability and leasing data.
• Ensures show units meet company standards and prepares leasing office for daily activities.
• Follows up with prospects and residents to secure lease renewals and satisfaction.
• Supports lease renewal processes by preparing renewal letters and packages.
