Zusammenfassung

Greystar is seeking an on-site maintenance professional to protect the property's physical condition, curb appeal, and common-area upkeep. The role includes responding to routine service requests, assisting with unit turns, and ensuring gate and lock security. You will communicate with residents and follow safety protocols.

The position offers hourly pay of $19.00–$21.00, with benefits and opportunities for additional bonus programs at onsite properties. Must have a valid driver’s license.

Qualifikationen

• Must demonstrate strong customer service skills and respond to resident questions.
• Must comply with OSHA and safety training requirements.

Aufgaben

• Inspects the community daily to keep areas neat and free of litter.
• Removes trash from vacant units and supports make-ready process.
• Performs routine service requests as assigned by supervisor and assists with turn process.
• Locks changes and pool area gate safety compliance.
• Communicates notices to residents and reports hazards to supervisors.
• Treats residents with respect and handles complaints professionally.
• Follows Greystar safety policies and attends safety meetings.
