Greystar is seeking a maintenance associate to uphold community standards, maintain grounds and amenities, and support the service team. You will perform day-to-day upkeep, respond to routine requests, and help with the make-ready process for vacant units.

The role requires a valid driver's license, physical ability to perform demanding tasks, and flexibility to work evenings/weekends as needed. A robust benefits package is provided for full-time staff at Greystar.

Qualificações

• Incumbents must have valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.
• Stand, walk, or sit for extended periods; bend, stoop, climb ladders; reach, carry objects, and crawl in confined areas.
• Incumbents must work inside and outside in all weather conditions.

Responsabilidades

• Inspects the community throughout the day to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings and keeps common areas tidy.
• Removes trash from vacant apartments prior to make-ready and maintains storage areas.
• Completes routine service requests and assists the make-ready process.
• Changes locks per policy and ensures pool area gates function according to codes.
• Distributes notices to residents and informs supervisors of hazards.
• Provides courteous resident service and handles complaints about maintenance.
• Follows safety policies, attends training, and reports incidents promptly.
