Job summary

TEN-FIVE SIXTY WILSHIRE in Los Angeles seeks a Facilities Maintenance Technician to maintain and correct deficiencies in the association's common areas under the Chief Engineer. The role requires hands-on experience with high-rise condo maintenance, HVAC systems, and building systems.

You'll work as part of a team, provide strong customer service, be available for overtime, and deliver projects on schedule. Benefits include health and dental insurance, a 401k plan, sick days, and vacation time.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of or experience working on a high-rise condominium Association.
• Repair or replace pullies and bearings.
• Inspect water source heat pumps/ AC units.
• Experience as a maintenance technician. Prefer a High-rise building. High High-rise mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC experience is desired.

Job Description Job SummaryThe Facilities Maintenance technician, under the direction and supervision of the Chief Engineer, is responsible for maintaining and correcting deficiencies and common areas within the association described below.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of or experience working on a high-rise condominium Association. If possible
• Repair or replace pullies and bearings
• Inspect water source heat pumps/ AC units
