Job summary

Windsor Communities is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Service Tech II for The Martin in Seattle, WA. The role requires hands-on expertise in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, painting, and carpentry within a high-rise community.

The position includes a rotating on-call schedule for after-hours emergencies and a Tuesday–Saturday shift. Compensation starts at $25.03–$31.28 hourly, with annual starting compensation of $52,062–$65,062, plus benefits and continuing training

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years' experience with multifamily residential, commercial or hotel maintenance.
Familiarity with building safety systems including the fire systems (sprinklers/alarms).
Ability to use smart devices and property management software for maintaining accurate records and work order completion.
Advanced knowledge of hand tools and basic power tools.
Support the company's values and cultures by providing exceptional service to teammates and residents.
Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and apply preventative measures with apartment homes, common areas, mechanical rooms, plumbing, electrical and appliance areas.

Responsibilities

Maintain and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical and appliance systems in a high-rise community.
Respond to after-hours and weekend emergency requests on a rotating on-call schedule.
Use tools and software to document work orders and maintain accurate maintenance records.
