Job summary

Windsor Communities is seeking a Service Technician II for Windsor Kingstowne in Alexandria, VA. The candidate should have 2+ years of multifamily or related maintenance and be familiar with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, painting, and carpentry.

Qualifications

2+ years of maintenance experience in multifamily, commercial, or hotel environments.
Familiarity with building safety systems (fire sprinklers/alarms).
Experience using smart devices and property management software for records and work orders.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and prevent issues in apartments, common areas, mechanical rooms, plumbing, electrical and appliance spaces.
Maintain accurate records and complete work orders using property management software.
Support on-call rotations and after-hours emergency response.
Collaborate with residents and team to ensure timely maintenance and high service levels.
