Qualifications
- Active California DRE real estate license required.
- Prior real estate experience preferred.
- Self-motivated with commission-only, independent-contractor structure.
- Strong communication and client-relationship skills.
Responsibilities
- Represent buyers and sellers in residential real estate transactions.
- Generate and convert leads, including exclusive leads provided by the team.
- Guide clients through offers, negotiations, and closing.
- Maintain strong client relationships and provide a high level of service.
- Stay current on San Diego County market conditions and listings.
- Collaborate with and push alongside a high-performing team.
