PorchLight Real Estate in San Diego County is seeking a licensed Real Estate Agent to join our top-ranked team. You’ll work as a contractor with strong lead flow, marketing support, and brand recognition to represent buyers and sellers in residential transactions.

We offer exclusive leads and industry-leading tools, plus onboarding and ongoing support to help you grow. This is a commission-only, 1099 role with no guaranteed base pay, ideal for self-motivated professionals in the San Diego market.

Qualifications

• Active California DRE real estate license required.
• Commission-based independent contractor role experience preferred.
• Strong communication and client-relationship skills.
• Reliable transportation for showings and client meetings in San Diego County.

About the Role

We're looking for a licensed Real Estate Agent to join our residential sales team in San Diego County. You'll work independently as a contractor while plugging into an established, highly ranked team with strong lead flow, marketing support, and brand recognition.

What You'll Need

• Active California DRE real estate license required
• Prior real estate experience preferred
• Self-motivated and comfortable with a commission-only, independent-contractor structure
• Strong communication and client-relationship skills
• Reliable transportation for showings and client meetings in San Diego County

Compensation
