True Local Realty Group | COMPASS is seeking dedicated Real Estate Sales Agents in Carlsbad, CA who are motivated to become top producers. We offer Open Houses, team support, and strong leads to help you succeed in regular sales and New Construction.

Responsibilities include nurturing clients, prospecting, showing homes, guiding transactions, and staying informed about the local market. A license and SD County residency are required.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Real Estate License.
• Demonstrates self-motivation and drive.
• Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
• Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies.
• Lived in San Diego County for 5+ years.

Responsibilities

• Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales.
• Rigorously prospect for new business by following up with leads in your pipeline to ensure sales growth.
• Meet with clients to determine their home wishlist, then meet their needs and sell them a home.
• Oversee the entire process from listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience.
• Keep up with local knowledge to answer questions clients may have about potential homes and the surrounding community.
• Doing open houses during the week and weekends.

Compensation:

$125,000 per year
