Qualifications
- Active California DRE real estate license required.
- Commission-based independent contractor role experience preferred.
- Strong communication and client-relationship skills.
- Reliable transportation for showings and client meetings in San Diego County.
Responsibilities
- Represent buyers and sellers in residential real estate transactions.
- Generate and convert leads, including exclusive leads provided by the team.
- Guide clients through offers, negotiations, and closing.
- Maintain strong client relationships and provide high-level service.
- Stay current on San Diego County market conditions and listings.
- Collaborate with the PorchLight team.
