Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in commercial banking, emphasizing business development, relationship management, portfolio management, and sales.
• Ability to sell bank products and services with credibility and professionalism.
• Strong background in loan structuring, risk identification, cash flow analysis, and collateral analysis.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and expand relationships with high-net-worth clients and businesses.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and deliver tailored credit, deposit, and treasury solutions.
• Oversee portfolio health and credit quality while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with Credit Administration, Operations, Client Services, Treasury, and Compliance.
• Structure loans with lenders and underwriters.
• Provide professional client guidance and respond to client inquiries.
• Lead with accountability and promote a relationship-centric culture.
